This bathtub has saved my back. No more bending over the side of the tub to wash our little yorkies. The tub allows me to stand up while giving our little ones a bath. When finished, it is extremely easy to drain, clean and fold up. Fits in any closet because it folds up into practically nothing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well made, convenient alternative to using a human’s tub. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.
Don't be fooled by the picture - he really does love his little bathtub. For reference, he's around 21 lbs. This is the best purchase I've made in a LONG time. This is my first small dog & it's backbreaking to bathe him in the tub or shower. I've had Labs, Goldens, & a Goldendoodle, large dogs & easy to bathe. I now have a cockapoo. This bathtub is really amazing, easy to unfold & fold, has pockets on both sides to hold shampoo/conditioner, etc. It has a nice drain that can be closed or left open, it has a directional drain tube with an extension. This makes it easy to drain when used outside, in a tub or shower. And it fits perfectly in both. It also has a tethered leash/collar system that works very well to make my guy feel secure. I have recommended this little tub to my groomer because his business is in his home. I like that you can allow the tub to fill to the max line for soaking, or just allow it to drain during the bath. I see where some people placed a rubber mat in the bottom, but honestly, it's not slippery at all when wet. The unit is very stable when in use. I can't recommend this tub enough - it is super easy to use and makes bathing my dog SO much more enjoyable. Seriously though, he really does love his baths.
The Furesh dog wash tub works wonderfully. The most important aspect is that it will fit most one piece fiberglass/acrylic shower tubs in your home. Most one piece tubs in your home are 18.5 inches in width at the bottom and this Furesh dog wash tub will fit perfectly with no issues. Many other dog tubs here on Amazon will not fit inside a one piece home shower tub. The Furesh listing page here on Amazon provides excellent detailed specs to give you the info you need to insure it will work for you. The design and engineering team at Furesh deserve a shout out for making the most practical and usable design on the market. There are NO tools needed to assemble. The legs slide into the base and snap lock. You push on the drain hose and it’s ready. The height is perfect for my 6 ft body and there is no bending my bad back. There is even a pocket on the front to store your shampoo so you don’t have to bend over for that. I have a hose sprayer shower head that is 6 ft long and it easily reaches all corners of the tub to rinse my fur girl. This is a great setup that takes very little time to use and even clean up afterward. The tub is made from a very thick PVC material that feels very sturdy. The legs are sturdy and lock into place when it is unfolded. My 10 lb Maltese felt very secure and did not shake the tub at all. There is a drain in the bottom that I left open for showering her and it drains perfectly. It is in the middle on the back side so there was no splashing water to get you wet as it drains, which is another great design feature. As I was finishing up rinsing my little girl, I also sprayed out the inside of the tub to remove any soap. You can towel dry your pet in the tub. When I was blow drying my pet the tub was draining and drying. A few minutes later I used the same towel to wipe the tub dry. All you have to do is pull up on the handle in the bottom of the tub and the tub folds up in a neat narrow unit. When folded it is only 5” thick which means it does not take up a huge amount of room when stored away. This is a well thought out, designed, and implemented solution that can be used indoors or outside. It might seem like a lot of money but if you have bad knees or a bad back, this thing is a lifesaver. Kudos to Furesh. I recommend.
This is the best invention ever! This is very easy to use. It was slightly heavier than I anticipated but I can handle it. It was super easy to set up/assemble. It wouldn't fit completely in my bathtub but I put it half in and half out and it worked great. The drain hose is plenty long enough to drain easily into the tub. The collar/harness puts my mind at ease for my little jumping bean dachshund. I have three little ones and this works perfectly for all of them and most importantly it has saved my back and knees! I had procrastinated for quite a while about purchasing this bc of the price but it is well worth it and I highly recommend this tub!!
I tried the tub for the first time and i was pleasantly surprised. It is very sturdy and I never feared for my pups safety. The tub is tall enough to discourage him from trying to jump out and the built-in leash system put my mind at ease. The draining system worked well and it came with a replacement hose which I appreciate. The side pockets were also very handy as I was able to keep all the tools I needed within arms reach without having to leave my pup. The only thing I wish it had wqs adjustable legs. The tub is a little short for me and when I placed the tub within my bathtub I still had to reach over and down. It was nowhere near as uncomfortable as using my own bathtub; by the time I was done with a bath for my pup, I was in a lot of back pain. This time, I was able to get in a bath, a quick trim around the face AND a little oil treatment. Usually I have to do those things AFTER the bath and my pup makes me work for it as he will run around forcing my husband and I to creatively catch him for the after-bath care.
I loved how easy it was to set up. The quality is great. I needed this bath tub for my precious Yorkshire Terroir. She likes it too. It's durable, easy to keep clean, and most of all it saves me from back pain. No constant bending over, while bathing my puppy.
Well built and easy to put together. Just what I wanted for my huge shower, it keeps the mess in a place that is made for it. The attached noose cuts down on escapes and it's a good time to do nails, etc. Folds up nicely and tucks into a corner.
