I groom my own two dogs at home (I work reception at a dog groomer so I learned how to do it myself) and these work fantastic! The case is great and I love that there is a metal comb included that matches the scissors! The comb is free floating in the case but there is a divider as well as an extra loose cleaning cloth. It comes with the tool to adjust the screw on the scissors as well. My biggest concern was the sharpness of them and while they aren’t the sharpest grooming shears I’ve ever used, they definitely aren’t dull either. Based on other reviews, it seems like it’s hit and miss with sharpness but one good sharpening and they’ll last a long time depending on how much you use them. I use them to cut my dog’s hair and also my own and they worked great for everyone’s hair! The finger holes are on the smaller side but I haven’t gotten my fingers stuck yet. I’ve had a few close calls but I’m always able to get them off. These are definitely better for people with smaller fingers but if you have larger fingers, just hold them correctly and make sure they don’t slip over that last knuckle and it’s fine.
these are good for the price, they cut well and are easy to use. only gripe is the finger grip sometimes comes out
I used to groom professionally and now only groom my on tiny yorkie at home. I needed new scissors, but was not willing to shell out for the usual professional pairs when it's just my own dog now. These work great as a replacement! Every pair you could need and even came with a metal comb as well. I love that a case was also included. Great value, even if they don't last for a really long time. Super sharp and cut beautifully.

When I started trimming my dog, I got a lot of tools but the most useful ones is from this manufacturer. Now I got a better quality one from the same manufacturer. When I opened up the tools, I liked it so much! It looks like durable and heavy duty! All the tools are a lot bigger than the ones I got the first time!
I use this to groom my long hair cats. I think any long hair cat owner can agree that they tend to get stuff stuck to their behind after a trip to the litter box from time to time that needs to be removed. They joys of owning long haired cats… sigh… Anyway, trimming and maintaining cat pantaloons and back door access is a must. In my opinion scissors are a better choice then electric clippers as the noise will startle cats. And these do the job just fine.
I have used these three times and I’m having trouble trimming already. I’ll have to pay to have them sharpened. This should not be happening
