Great set of dog shears. Sharp for trimming, but no pointed ends. Worked great on our two woodles for eye trimming, paw trimming and basic maintenance. It came in a very nice storage case. Would highly recommend this set!
I bought these to trim my Aussie's "mudflaps" and give her a sanitary trim. These do the job, cut clean and where sharp right out of the box. I wouldn't buy these for trims everyday but for the once and awhile trim, they will do the job. The finger holes are a bit small, so if you have bigger hands these may not work well for you. The comb was nice and got all the tangles out before I trimmed my pup.
They are easy to use and we're a really organized nice set! I wish they were a bit sharper but I was really happy with the product and I've used them for minor touch ups
I went by the reviews and amount purchased and was not disappointed! They are sharp so use with caution! I just wanted to cut out so many trips to the groomers and these will help to keep her looking tidy. Loved the thinning shears! Did paws, face and sanitary. Oh and they have rounded tips for safety. Worth every dollar!
These are exactly what I was hoping for as my first grooming kit. I have a long-haired pomsky wih fur that grows every which way, and this kit has all the tools I need to tackle his different fur types/shapes. The scissors are very sharp and fit my hand well. The little gemstones in the handles are weird but cute :) I can see possibly wanting to upgrade to longer/leaner scissors once I’ve got the hang of what I’m doing, but these will last me a long time. Nice case too.
I was very pleased at how sharp the scissors were right out of the case. The ball tips are great to prevent accidental nips. The grips inside the finger loops worked well. The case is a bonus to keep it all together. I’m a novice, but I think our pup looks great after her first trim with these new tools. Money well spent. A great value—quality instruments for the price.
The scissors arrived on time and nicely packaged. They are fairly well made and move smoothly. They are not fully sharpened and don’t cut the best.
I am beyond pleased with these grooming shears!! I like that they have rounded tips for safety. They operate smoothly and are very sharp for a nice, clean cut. I bought them specifically to trim my Great Pyrenees mix’s grinch feet. She was anxious, so I only did a preliminary trim on one front paw as a test (see pic). I only wish I’d bought them sooner!
