My frenchies love it!!! And they are both picky eaters. We would have to cook for my oldest frenchie in order to get him to eat but once he tried this, he eats his kibble with pumpkin mix only. I just wish they made their bags bigger so i wouldn't have to worry about getting a bag weekly.
I use this as an extra for my dogs food and she likes it and she is healthy. This is a good company and I use a variety of their products.
I know this product is good quality but I tried adding it to their dry food and getting it moist but they wouldn’t eat this.
I plan on giving my beagle this daily as pumpkin is good for a dog’s digestion. I bought actual pumpkin from Amazon but bc it had to be used quickly(7 days) I bought this instead
used to help with digestion
I wanted to try this product with my pit mix because he has a very sensitive stomach. My store carried it at the time so I bought there first to try it. After a couple days of using it, he got extremely sick and was having GI issues. I stopped using it and he got better. We weren't sure what was causing it at that time because we were also trying out a different dog food. I got the second bag from Amazon a month later and started giving it to him again. Until he started getting sick again. My husband noticed that the smelled like bad hibiscus (certain types of hibiscus plants can be toxic to dogs). I'm not sure if it was a bad batch, but after it making him sick both times we've tried it we will not be using or recommending this product anymore.
My dog loves this combo. of fruits/veggies.
I made the product as described with adding hot water and none of my 3 dogs would eat it. Albeit, they love regular pumpkin. I am a huge Grandma Lucy fan (we buy the Artisan Chicken that my dogs adore), so it was a bit disappointing to see that this did not entice them. If you have picky eaters, I'd go buy Libby's pure pumpkin.
