Does what is t says. Removed tuffs from behind ears. Brushes derp enough for under coat. Dog comfort also. Love it
We have five dogs, three of which are golden retrievers which shed tremendously. This tool works extremely well to get to their undercoats and brush out any mats that are deep in their feathers. The first night I used it, so much fur came off despite regular brushing- for long haired pets this is great- for our short hair girls, I still like something with a closer tooth (but you can’t compare two different tools for different coats) Overall, love it for the longer fur. Still use our old brush for the short Weimaraner and our mix girl.
This style of grooming tool is far superior to the yellow furminator. It not only desheds fur but also thins the coat as well. . It leaves the coat looking healthy, clean and sleek. My dog is a mix, rescue dog. We think he’s part Tenneesee tree hound and shepherd mix but others say he has a pit bull look. He used to shed moderately, but now it seems to increase with age. He LOVES this style deshedder, labeled as PET GROOMING TOOL BY PATYOURPET It has two sides to it. One for detangling longer coats with 9 teeth, if needed and one side for deshedding which has 17 teeth, and is the side I use for deshedding and thinning. The “teeth” are not sharp, but rounded. My dog now loves to be groomed. At first, I felt like I was sheering a sheep there was so much fur! It is an amazing, effective tool that is comfortable for both the dog and the groomer to use. I highly recommend this excellent product!
The dog rack works well. My dog is an Australian Shepard so he is full of hair, with the soft undercoat. It grabs the loose undercoat and removes it. The only thing is my dog still doesn’t like to be combed at all, which isn’t the fault of the rack.
This brush is amazing! Helped get so much fur off my golden. She typically sheds all over the house and it’s gotten manageable! Easy to use and works just as described!
Absolutely amazing. Best style of brush and for the price, you can’t beat this one. The build quality and material quality is amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a good deshedding brush. The hair under my dog in the picture is only from the circled part on my dog.
One of my long-haired cats has thick fur that easily mats up. I have used a few different brushes and combs, but they didn't work that well. This quickly breaks the mats up. Fur will fly everywhere though.
Does not work on my chihuahua. He sheds sooo much. I feel it might work for longer haired dogs.
