I bought this for my 16yro Yorkie so sadly passed away w/ out trying it. He refused to eat his last 4 days of life. Chicken was his favorite so I had high hopes he would eat it. My other Yorkie & my Frenchie loved it. They ate what I made for 1 that was sick. I will definitely use it for them when or if they bc ill. It is rather small for price but ingredients look good & healthy for what it is.
I wish I had a photo/video of her eating this, but I try to sit down and let her eat without much ado. My 2 1/2 year-old Havanese is the PICKIEST EATER of the countless dogs I've had since I was 5 years old, I'm now 58. She has had a sensitive stomach since I brought her home at 6 weeks. Finding the RIGHT dog food is still a challenge, however, I bought this food because she started vomiting every morning on a regular basis, eating a lot of grass every time we went outside, (and being a critical care nurse, I thought maybe it was going to be a matter of time when I would see her vomit blood, and that's just what happened. I had changed her diet and was feeding her these little plastic cups of turkey with juice by a well know company with two names. She immediately loved it, so I went and bought a whole box. By the end of the week, there were 3 medium-sized blood clots in 2 of the 7 vomit bile piles. So, I immediately eliminated the turkey from her diet and started her on this brand of chicken with rice, a bland diet. She absolutely loves it and the vomiting ceased to exist immediately. I give her absolutely no treats or people food, I never have. I can attest to the taste myself. While preparing this food on two separate occasions, I happened to lick the spoon I was stirring this food with and I didn't spit it out, because it tasted just like chicken with rice! She is gaining weight, playing a lot like she used to, and looks forward to eating it. I also offer both a bland beef diet along side this chicken and wala NO NAUSEA/VOMITING, NO more CERENIA, no emergency room visits, and no vet bills. If you are on the fence, just try this once.
Nothing but chicken and rice. My dog loves it! It settles her stomach and helps her recover. Of course you can make white rice & chicken yourself, but it's fast and easy ( keeps me from walking her several times throughout the night.)
My dog always seems to get into things and has pretty frequent bouts of diarrhea so I find myself cooking chicken and rice pretty regularly to get his system back on track. This food is going to seriously simplify that. Instead of needing to go buy chicken and rice and then cooking/storing food in containers in the refrigerator i can just scoop out what i need, add hot water and serve in a few minutes. I also love that they vacuum seal the product inside so i can keep a few bags stashed in my pantry for a long time with no fear of it going bad. Easy to use and smells really fresh out of the bag. My dog loved it. A definite regular in our house.

Used for dog not eating with pancreatitis and kidney problems need los protein and low fat. Protein was high for use with my dog.
Super easy to use/prepare. My dog gobbled it down, so Im assuming it tastes at least ok. It did turn her poop white and hard, so that was an unexpected occurrence tonight, but it's not diarrhea so I'm counting it as a win.
